The research being conducted is of utmost importance to gather relevant data but also data with which we can counter the current threat of banning hunting trophy imports into the UK

KNOW YOUR INDUSTRY – CALL TO ACTION LIMPOPO WILDLIFE RANCHERS
We are kindly requesting all wildlife ranchers to participate in Sustainable Wildlife Economies Project (SWEP) so that accurate data can be used to inform better policies for the industry. The SWEP project (www.wildeconomy.org) seeks to understand the holistic contributions of wildlife ranching to sustainable development. Please see our phase 1 video report and results summary for more details.
Teams of 3-4 students will visit you on a day that suits you in February or March to conduct an interview that will last c. 1.5 hours. During the interview, you will be asked about land use, sustainable land management practices, population management, and socio-economic development. We will use a map to help facilitate our discussion.
All data are strictly confidential, and teams have signed non-disclosure agreements. A copy of your dataset will be sent to you for verification after the survey.

PHASA Temporary import Standard service: USD 160.00 for 1Passengers – The client will supply PHASA with all relevant documents for a pre-issued permit – PHASA will process documents and obtain the pre-issued permit in advance – PHASA will communicate with client before the departure on issued permits – The client will be met in the international arrivals hall by our agent. – The agent will have the original permit and will escort the client to the firearms office – The agent will assist with the clearance of the firearm(s)
Option 2.PHASA Temporary import permit +FinalDeparture Assist: USD 199.00 for 1 Passengers – Option 1 + – The client will be met by our representative at the agreed meeting point on final departure date – The client will be escorted to the check-in counter to collect the boarding pass and drop the luggage – The client will be assisted with the check-in of firearm at the airline specified security office
Option 3.PHASATemporary import permit +ConnectionAssist: USD 199.00 for 1 Passengers –Option 1 + – The client will be escorted to the connecting flight check-in counter to collect the boarding pass and drop the luggage – The client will be assisted with the check-in of the firearm(s) at the airline specified security office
We recommend that hunters get pre-issued permits for their own peace of mind. For every permit PHASA does for your client, you as a member will earnan incentive: Option 1: R150 / permit Option 2 & 3: R200 / permit Please support PHASA.
